SHIPPING

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS? 

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. - 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment. - We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

The order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped. It will USUALLY take 1-3 weeks, from the date of shipping for your order to arrive worldwide, but PLEASE allow up to 2-6 weeks due to high demand.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our fulfillment house is located in North America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

WHERE DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Most tracking will be found using the "Track Order" page on our website.

We are a small, independent company so these are guidelines not hard and fast rules! Just contact us if you need an update estimated time of arrival for your order.

    AFTER ORDERING

    I placed an order with Pearl Box Co. Can I see its status?

    First off, thank you for ordering with us!

    Secondly, YES! You can check the status of the order yourself. Just go to the Track Order page. Input your email and order number which can find in the order confirmation email. Voila, you should have your order status!

    Note: You can track your order after it has been fulfilled and shipped out!

    What is this store's exchange policy?

    FOR MOST PRODUCTS: we offer a 15 day exchange policy. If you would like to exchange your product just email us and we will provide you with a return address. Please note, you are responsible for return costs.

    Please note, any product which has intimate/health usage (shape-wear, exfoliators) are not covered due to hygiene concerns.

    We STRONGLY recommend looking at the sizing guidelines outlines in the product description before purchasing.  

    My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?

    If it is beyond the estimated shipping times since you have placed your order, just email us with your order number at support@pearlboxco.com and we will start checking it ASAP.

    I got charged more than I expected, why?

    Please check your currencies, we charge ALL orders in USD. If there is still an issue with your order then you can contact our support team and we will get to fixing you up right away!
